Central Coast Family Relationship Centre

 Interrelate has been strengthening family relationships since 1926, and has embraced the opportunity to provide quality services for the new Family Relationship Centre at Gosford. Our service is run by professionals, who are often parents, carers or grandparents themselves and who care about their community.

We are on The Entrance Road, Erina. Our facility is easily accessed, with parking available in front of the building, or off-street down the driveway to the right. We invite you to visit our Centre.

The Central Coast Family Relationship Centre provides:

• A relaxed family friendly setting
• Support and assistance for families that are together and families that are separating
• Child focused information and parenting help
• Regular parenting education seminars (Building Connections) to help parents support their children though the distress of family separation
• Information about other  relevant local services and how we work together
• Referral to counselling and group programs – including Interrelates counselling and parenting education groups
• Supported dispute resolution that helps parent focus on the needs of their children
• Education on how to resolve conflict and strategies to care for yourself during times of stress and transition
